BSc, MSc, ND(USA) awaiting BC license
If you drag through your day,
If your health goals feel out of reach,
If you struggle with irregular, heavy, or painful periods,
If you are overwhelmed with how to prepare for a healthy pregnancy,
If you want to reduce stress, and become active in your own wellness,
I invite you to come see me at East Van Integrated Health.
When I first encountered naturopathic medicine, it was the principles that resonated with me. Treating the Root Cause of illness, Treating the Whole Person, and Doctor as Teacher in particular seemed like a powerful combination to allow for sustainable health changes and success.
After graduating with a Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine and a Masters of Science degree in Acupuncture from Bastyr University, I completed a rigourous residency program at a well-established, integrated clinic in Portland, OR. I was very fortunate to learn from and work with some of the best practitioners in the fields of fertility, women’s health (thyroid challenges, PCOS, POF, hormones, post partum care) and digestive health (SIBO, IBS, Crohns, Colitis, abdominal pain). I also had the privilege of working with amazing clients from a variety of backgrounds, with unique stories.
My most exciting moments in consulting have come from helping my clients reach their goals – whether that be reducing anxiety, eliminating pain, becoming pregnant and maintaining a healthy pregnancy, undergoing IVF successfully, normalizing blood sugars, or balancing hormones to feel vibrant and energized.
My passion is to meet you where you are at, and combine the best of evidence-based and traditional medicine to get you to where you want to be. Together, we can tackle your health challenges and bring about a healthier and happier you.
I look forward to meeting you!
